Rosvon does not acquire ownership of your tasks, habits, projects, journal entries, notes, or other personal content.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to accept these Terms.
They may be incomplete, unsuitable, or inaccurate. You remain responsible for deciding what is safe and appropriate for you.
These Terms form an agreement between you and Roshan Sharma ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") for your use of the Rosvon Android application (the "App" or "Service"). By installing, accessing, creating an account, purchasing an item, or using Rosvon as a guest, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Rosvon is a self-development and productivity tool. Depending on version, device, permissions, sign-in status, region, and purchases, it may provide:
Features may be experimental, changed, limited, suspended, or removed. Rosvon does not guarantee any productivity, academic, fitness, financial, relationship, or personal-development outcome.
Tasks, habits, challenges, articles, streak goals, notifications, rewards, penalties, and AI recommendations are suggestions and voluntary. You decide whether, when, and how to perform them. Do not use Rosvon while driving or where device use would be unsafe or unlawful.
Not medical or mental-health care. Rosvon is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prevent, monitor, or treat any physical or mental-health condition. It does not replace a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, trainer, emergency service, or other qualified professional.
Before exercise, fasting, cold exposure, sleep changes, meditation, or another potentially demanding activity, consider your health, surroundings, experience, and professional advice. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness, distress, or other concerning symptoms. Seek emergency assistance where appropriate. HP or Health shown in Rosvon is a game score, not a measure of actual health.
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, back up, restore, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and moderate the Service.
We do not guarantee that every backup is complete or that data can always be restored. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of content that is important to you.
Protocol may request Usage Access, Accessibility Service access, notification permission, and exact-alarm access and uses boot/package-replaced receivers to restore timers or schedules. The current release does not request Android's draw-over-other-apps permission and does not register a foreground Service. Permissions are optional for the core App, but Protocol monitoring, enforcement, reminders, or timer reliability may not work without the relevant access. You may revoke permissions in Android Settings.
The Accessibility Service is used to detect and interrupt access to apps selected or limited by you. You must not use it to monitor another person, bypass device or workplace controls, or for any unlawful purpose. Android and device-manufacturer restrictions may delay or prevent timers, notifications, intervention screens, or blocks.
Strict Mode and penalties are voluntary commitments. They may restrict in-app changes or apply displayed XP, Gold, HP, life, key, credit, or ad consequences. Rosvon does not use Device Administrator to prevent uninstalling the App.
Rosvon uses Firebase AI/Google Gemini services to generate Aria responses, reflection prompts, task suggestions requested by you, and project plans. AI output is generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, biased, outdated, incomplete, or inappropriate.
Do not use AI output as medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. Do not submit secrets or information you are not authorized to disclose. You remain responsible for important decisions and actions.
Signing in currently creates a Rosvon community profile with public visibility by default. Signed-in users may see or search your username, display name, bio, profile photo, XP, level, rank, and achievement identifiers/count. The current privacy mode hides statistics but may leave your username, name, bio, and photo visible. Health/HP, Gold, personal tasks, journals, raw screen-time records, friend connections, and active challenges are not part of the active public community payload.
For information you make visible to the community, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt for technical display, and show it within Rosvon for as long as needed to provide the feature. You may end this license by removing the content or deleting the account, subject to reasonable technical, legal, security, and backup retention.
You must not upload or display unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, harassing, privacy-invasive, malicious, or impersonating content. Do not expose another person's private information. You confirm that you own or have permission to use profile photos, names, text, and other content you provide.
We may review, restrict visibility, remove content, preserve evidence, or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, law, third-party rights, these Terms, or platform requirements. We do not promise to pre-screen all content. Complaints may be sent to the contact below with the username, content, reason, and supporting information.
Articles, videos, educational material, and links may be supplied by Rosvon or third parties. They are for general information and do not constitute professional advice. We do not control or endorse every third-party claim, site, advertisement, recommendation, or availability.
Embedded YouTube features are provided by YouTube. By using them, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. Do not copy, download, redistribute, circumvent ads or access controls, or otherwise use videos except as permitted by YouTube and applicable law.
Paid subscriptions and in-app products are offered through Google Play. Some current in-app screens show hard-coded INR preview prices; those previews may not reflect your region or current Play offer. The price, billing period, taxes, included quantity, renewal terms, and offer shown on Google Play's final checkout screen control. We do not directly receive your full payment-card details.
You may use Rosvon only for lawful personal use. You must not attack, scrape, overload, tamper with, cheat, automate abuse of, evade access controls or payment checks, introduce malware into, or obtain unauthorized access to the App or its services. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Rosvon's software, branding, interface, original articles, graphics, and other developer material are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer those rights. Third-party names, videos, libraries, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
For a copyright complaint, email rosvon.support@gmail.com with your identity and authority, the protected work, the exact location of the complained-of material, contact details, a good-faith statement, and supporting evidence. We may remove or restrict content and notify the affected user as required by applicable law.
You may start a confirmed account-deletion request in Settings/Help & Support or use the linked deletion page. The current in-app confirmation asks you to type the displayed email/DELETE phrase; it is not Google credential reauthentication. Rosvon then attempts to remove local data, a locally identified Google Drive backup, Firebase/Auth account data, community content, profile pictures, and server purchase-token records. Network, authorization, provider, or service failure may require a retry or support request.
The current backend deletion Function does not automatically delete the top-level ai_credit_consumptions and golden_key_redemptions transaction/audit records, which may contain your Firebase user ID, request/event identifiers, amounts, and timestamps and currently have no automatic expiry in code. Provider-controlled analytics, crash, performance, ad, billing, and platform records follow provider settings and legal requirements. These limitations must be corrected or separately handled before deletion can be described as complete. Completed deletion is permanent and may make purchases, backups, and content unrecoverable.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for material or repeated violations, safety or security threats, fraud, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice or an opportunity to appeal. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
To the extent permitted by law, Rosvon is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect blocking, accurate notifications, successful backup or restore, error-free software, continued third-party services, or that suggested or generated content will suit you.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of INR 500 or the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of confidentiality or data-protection duties where liability cannot be limited, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify us against third-party claims and reasonable costs directly caused by your unlawful community content, infringement of third-party rights, fraud, or deliberate misuse of the Service. This does not require you to indemnify us for our own breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before filing a claim, each party should attempt in good faith for 30 days to resolve it through the contact below. Subject to mandatory consumer forums and other non-waivable rights, disputes will be submitted to courts of competent jurisdiction in India. These Terms do not force arbitration or waive a remedy that applicable law gives you.
We may update these Terms when the Service, law, or provider requirements change. We will update the date above and provide reasonable notice of material changes where required. If consent is legally required, continued use alone will not replace that consent. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary and the remainder will continue.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and purchase terms shown at checkout form the agreement for the Service. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Please include your account email (if applicable), the feature involved, a clear description, relevant dates, and supporting screenshots or links. We will acknowledge and handle legally covered grievances within the periods required by applicable Indian law. Urgent safety, impersonation, intimate-image, copyright, and account-security reports should be clearly identified in the subject line.
