Delete Your Data — Rosvon

Start deletion in the App or request server-account assistance by email. Review the current technical limits below.

Last updated: September 3, 2026

Rosvon provides an in-app deletion flow and an external email request path. The current in-app flow attempts several local, Google Drive, Firebase, and Google-account operations; it is not instant, can fail, and does not yet remove every UID-linked backend transaction/audit record.

RECOMMENDED (METHOD 1)

📱 Delete Directly from Within the App

This flow attempts to delete a locally identified Drive backup, supported Firebase/Storage records, Firebase Authentication account, supported purchase-token records, and app-private local data. It requires network/provider access and may require retry or support. Completed deletion is permanent.

  1. Open the Rosvon app on your Android device.
  2. Navigate to the Help & Support section from the main navigation menu or drawer.
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account & Data".
  4. Read the confirmation dialog showing what data will be removed.
  5. While signed in, type the displayed account email or DELETE phrase to confirm. The current App does not perform a fresh Google credential reauthentication.
  6. Tap "Confirm Delete". Wait for the result. If Drive, Firebase, Auth, or network work fails, retry or contact support. Do not assume all data is gone until the App reports completion and the current exceptions below have been handled.
METHOD 2

📧 Request Account Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app or prefer email assistance, you can submit an account deletion request to our support team.

Send an email request:

📧 Email: rosvon.support@gmail.com

📌 Subject: "Account Deletion Request — Rosvon App"

📝 Include: Your registered email address and username so we can locate your account.

⏱️ Processing time depends on identity verification, provider access, and applicable law; the App does not guarantee completion within 48 hours.

⚠️ Email request scope: Email is a request for manual handling of supported Firebase/Auth/Storage account data. It cannot erase app-private data on your phone or your Drive App Data files. Use Rosvon's in-app flow, Android clear-data/uninstall, and Google Account storage controls as applicable. The current backend exceptions listed below must also be handled before server deletion can be described as complete.

What Data Gets Deleted?

Here is a detailed breakdown of how different data locations are handled upon account deletion:

Data Type Location Deleted via In-App (Method 1)? Deleted via Email Request (Method 2)?
Auth account; user_info/user_data; community profile; profile pictures; supported purchase-token and challenge records Firebase Auth, Firestore, and Storage Attempted after confirmation; network/provider failure can require retry Manual support handling after identity verification; no fixed completion time
AI-credit consumption records Firestore: ai_credit_consumptions NO — current deletion Function omits this collection Must be handled manually; current code has no automatic expiry
Golden Key redemption records Firestore: golden_key_redemptions NO — current deletion Function omits this collection Must be handled manually; current code has no automatic expiry
Supported tasks, habits, journals, notes, projects, profile/game state, preferences, and selected media backup Google Drive App Data Folder Attempted only when local backup/sync markers identify the backup; an orphan can remain Not remotely accessible to support; user must remove it through the App/Google Account controls
Room, DataStore, SharedPreferences, app-private files/cache, alarms, and scheduled work Your phone Cleared at the end of a successful in-app deletion sequence Not remotely accessible; use Android clear-data/uninstall
Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance/Sessions, Mobile Ads, Billing, and platform records Google/provider systems Not guaranteed by the in-app deletion Function Provider settings, terms, and legal retention apply; source code does not prove a fixed 14/90-day period or anonymity

⚠️ Completed deletion is permanent and irreversible. The current omissions above mean that an in-app success must not be described as deletion of every provider or transaction record.

Guest Mode (Local Data) Note

If you use Rosvon in Guest Mode without signing in, clearing App storage or uninstalling removes Rosvon's app-private local records. Google Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance, Mobile Ads, Play, Android, or other provider-held records are outside the local App sandbox and follow provider retention.
