Using another person's copyrighted image without permission may infringe their rights. A rights holder can send a complaint using Section 7. Whether removal or another response is required depends on the notice, applicable law, available technical controls, and the facts.

Use only content you own or are authorized to display in Rosvon.

2.4 Username Rules

• Your username must not impersonate a real person, celebrity, brand, or another Rosvon user.
• Usernames containing hate speech, slurs, or offensive terms are prohibited.
• Usernames that misrepresent you as an official Rosvon representative are prohibited.

3. Community Features — Scope and Rules

3.1 Leaderboard

The active leaderboard uses XP, level, rank, and achievement information produced from App activity and projected through Firebase. It does not currently display Health/HP, Gold, personal task details, or active challenges. Manipulating leaderboard data through exploits, unauthorized automation, or falsified requests is prohibited. The current App has no automatic account-reset or ban workflow; any response would require investigation and available administrative action.

3.2 Friends

Friend connections are not implemented in the current release. No friend-request or friends-list feature should be expected.

3.3 Friend Challenges

Friend-to-friend challenges are not available in the current release. Challenge UI/source remnants do not provide an active feature, and current Firestore rules deny client challenge creation.

3.4 What the Community Does NOT Include

User-generated profile fields can include username, display name, bio, and profile picture. The active system-generated public fields can include XP, level, rank, and achievement identifiers/count.

4. Community Data Stored in Firebase

The following data is stored in Firebase Firestore for community features:

Full habits, tasks, journal entries, notes, and projects are not stored in the community Firestore profile. They remain local by default and supported content can be backed up to Drive. Selected task, habit, project, or focus context may separately be sent to Google AI when you use Aria with those controls enabled.

5. Respect and Behavior Standards

5.1 Be Respectful

Rosvon is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. Visible profile content should be:

• Respectful and constructive
• Encouraging and supportive
• Free from personal attacks or mockery
• Lawful and appropriate for an adult self-development service

5.2 Prohibited Behavior

Prohibited content or behavior includes harassment, hate speech, discriminatory slurs, sexual or graphic imagery, threats, impersonation, privacy violations, copyright infringement, malware/links intended to harm, and leaderboard manipulation. The current App has no automatic moderation or fixed sanction matrix. A report may require manual investigation, and any available response depends on severity, evidence, law, and current administrative controls.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a user whose profile picture or username violates these guidelines — including copyrighted celebrity images, brand logos, offensive content, or impersonation — please report it immediately.

The current App has no in-app report button or report-ticket backend. Email is the available request channel. We aim to review complete reports promptly but do not guarantee a 48–72 hour result, and we may be unable to share an outcome.

Do not submit knowingly false, malicious, or privacy-invasive reports.

7. Copyright Infringement — DMCA Takedown Requests

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that a user's Rosvon profile picture infringes your rights, you may send a notice for review. The appropriate legal process depends on your jurisdiction; this section is not a representation that every notice is governed by United States DMCA law.

Your notice must include:

1. Your full name and contact information (email required).
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
3. Identification of the material (for example, the Rosvon username using the image).
4. A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your signature (electronic or physical).

We will handle a complete notice and any required counter-notice procedure within the period required by applicable law. The current App has no automated removal/notification workflow, so action requires manual review and available administrative controls.

8. Enforcement and Appeals

8.1 Current Capability

The current App does not implement an in-app moderation queue, automatic warning, suspension/ban status, or content-removal workflow. Reports sent by email require manual review. This document states conduct rules; it does not promise that a particular automated enforcement action exists.

8.2 Possible Manual or Future Actions

• Request that a user change or remove profile content;
• use available Firebase/admin controls to restrict content or an account where technically available;
• preserve evidence or refer a matter when required by law; or
• add documented moderation controls in a future App/backend update.

8.3 Appeals

If a manual action is taken and you believe it was an error, email rosvon.support@gmail.com with subject "Community Enforcement Review — Rosvon App". Include your username, the action, and supporting information. There is no in-app appeal tracker or guaranteed seven-business-day decision in the current implementation.

9. Age Suitability

Rosvon is intended only for users aged 18 or older and is not offered through parental consent. The current App does not technically verify age. If you are under 18, do not create an account or use Community.

Community profiles contain user-selected text and images and are not described as inherently safe for children.

10. Platform Liability — User Responsibility

• We do not pre-screen all user profile pictures before they are displayed.
• Reports sent to the support email require manual review; no fixed response time is guaranteed by the App.
• We will take actions required by applicable law when a valid notice is received and the relevant facts are established.
• Users who upload infringing or harmful profile pictures bear personal legal responsibility for such content.

11. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines and will update the date above. The current App has no in-app Community Guidelines screen, remote policy-change notification, or versioned acceptance record. Review the linked web page for the current version. Continued use alone does not replace affirmative consent where law requires it.
